湖北荆州人,博士,教授,硕士生导师,湖北省新世纪高层次人才工程人选,主要从事胶体与界面化学等方面的科研与教学工作。主持或主研10余项国家、省部级及企业委托课题,在国内外期刊公开发表学术论文40余篇,其中SCI收录23 (1作者或通讯作者),出版学术专著1部,获省部级奖励3项,获授权发明专利5项。主讲本科生课程:《物理化学》、《物理化学实验》;主讲研究生课程:《高等物理化学》。2006年获长江大学第二届青年教师讲课比赛一等奖。2009年获长江大学最受学生喜爱的教师称号。2018年获长江大学第二届长江人才——领军人才称号。2019年获湖北省化学化工青年创新奖。
